Genuine OEM Wolf parts
Senior Wolf Specialist. 15 years on built-in refrigeration.
Peter is one of the senior techs you will read about below.
Peter works Wolf ranges, rangetops and built-in ovens, dual-fuel and gas. Control boards, igniters and gas valves get repaired, not just the easy parts.
On a visit he reads the sealed system before anything gets quoted: pressures, the condenser, the defrost circuit and the door seal. You hear what actually failed in plain language, and most repairs are finished on that same visit.
A senior tech calls you right back to set the window.
Diagnosed on the visit. $99, free with any approved repair.

Extremely competent. Dimitri knew exactly what was wrong with our Sub-Zero refrigerator, ordered parts and submitted a proposal that I approved. Showed up as scheduled the next day with all new components and installed them quickly and efficiently.
Had a wonderful experience with Peter who came to check my Sub-Zero and explain the cause of the problem and remedies. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. The fridge is in perfect working condition now.
Peter arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He explained each step of his process to repair my Sub-Zero refrigerator. Most important is that you replace any parts with original Sub-Zero parts.
From the moment we filled out the form asking for a service call on our Sub-Zero, everything was exceptionally smooth. […] Max let us know when he was 30 minutes out, immediately knew what to do, made the repairs and cleaned up. 5-Stars.
They are first-class. My technician kept coming back when the repair did not work; he found the replacement parts were defective. Easy to reach, reliable, polite and knowledgeable. They honor the warranty.
The repair on our Sub-Zero refrigerator took longer than expected and was a bit more expensive than I anticipated, but the repairman was very kind and thoughtful. We appreciated that quality.
A power surge damaged the circuit board in our Sub-Zero right before Thanksgiving. Renat went above and beyond, found time on a Saturday, picked up the part himself, and replaced the board in under an hour. Very professional.
Our tech, Renat, came on time and undertook a major repair of our Sub-Zero refrigerator in excellent time, about 5 hours, rebuilding the entire inside. Delighted with the results on our 30-year-old appliance.
Renat was the senior technician who replaced the main control board for our Sub-Zero refrigerator. I contacted the company in the morning and he was here by 12:30.

No. We're an independent provider, not affiliated with or authorized by Wolf or its manufacturer. We service Wolf cooking, always with genuine OEM Wolf parts.
Your Wolf sits in custom millwork, so we protect it: drop cloths down, careful extraction, gas-safe handling. The tech works the unit out, not around it.
It can. Metro Denver sits above 5,000 feet and burner orifices are sized for a given altitude, so a range brought up from lower ground, or switched between natural gas and propane, can burn yellow, leave soot or take a long time to boil. We check the burner setup against your elevation while we are on-site.
Colorado issues no state licence for appliance repair, so there is no Colorado licence for any repair company to hold. We are a registered business and an independent repair provider, not affiliated with any manufacturer. Gas ranges are handled with gas-safe diagnosis, and our registration details are set out on the Terms of Service page.
Wall ovens, double ovens, E and M Series, convection and steam ovens. If it heats and it is a Wolf, we have worked on it.
